Gift Fundraising
Gift required a solution to improve the efficiency of taking contact details from members of the public, and the process of returning these contacts to Head Office.
A manual, paper based process has been used by Gift since they started collecting. However, this system meant a duplication of paperwork between the fundraisers and the data entry staff, potentially leading to errors in contact details entry.
The system also required fundraisers to fill in manual, paper forms on the street which could sometimes prove difficult due to the environmental conditions.
